2-Piece Disc Assembly Big Brake Kit

This advanced braking system integrates innovative technology to continuously cool brake pads and refresh their surface during braking, significantly reducing the likelihood of brake fade under demanding conditions. The kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC-machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. This caliper boasts a differential bore configuration and integrated protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and durable stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design ensures improved pad wear and superior caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Complementing the caliper, stainless-steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent brake feel. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly, which effectively reduces both rotating and unsprung weight for improved vehicle dynamics. For applications prone to extreme heat, a floating disc option is available to prevent thermal stresses that could lead to disc warping or damage to the braking surface. Each rotor undergoes heat treatment and balancing before shipment to guarantee peak performance. While cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures, the slotted rotors included in this kit are specifically recommended for vehicles that will experience more track use than daily driving.
