2-Piece Disc Assembly w/ Slot Design & Cross-Drilled Rotors

This kit integrates features that continually cool and refresh the brake pad surface during braking. The extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighs just over 5 lbs and includes protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard features on each caliper include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. For applications with extreme heat, a floating disc option is available to prevent thermal stress-induced warping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their superior cooling, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use.
