The calipers are crafted from aircraft-quality billet, featuring a lightweight, one-piece design with differential bore and an opposed piston configuration that enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The kit incorporates stainless-steel brake lines, which resist expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking performance. The 2-piece disc assembly is designed to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. For enhanced durability and heat management, many applications offer a floating disc option to prevent warping. The rotors feature a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced to ensure peak performance. This specific kit features cross-drilled rotors, which run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use.
