Description

The kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper constructed from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. This caliper boasts a differential bore configuration and CNC machining, weighing just over 5 lbs. each. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly that reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications include a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stress and prevent warping. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for maximum performance. The kit also includes stainless-steel brake lines, which resist expansion under pressure. The rotors are available in either cross-drilled or slotted designs. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers seeking cooler operation, while slotted rotors are better suited for vehicles with more track use.
