It houses aluminum pistons for better heat resistance, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM setups. Ksport uses a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to prevent thermal stress-induced warping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and effectively expels gas and pad debris. This kit includes NAOC Ceramic pads (SC5 Street Pads), which provide optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, while reducing brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads.
