The Ceika CBK1163 is a custom-built big brake kit engineered for superior stopping power, modulation, and pedal feel, suitable for applications ranging from street use to professional racing. The calipers are constructed from forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy with a radial mount design to minimize flex. Pistons are available in 6061-T6 alloy with anti-corrosion coating or stainless steel, and feature dual seals with high-temperature resistant oil rings and dust scrapers. The included 2-piece floating rotors utilize a 6061-T6 alloy hat and an FC30 cast iron rotor ring with anti-corrosion coating. Rotor ring options include drilled, slotted, or a combination of both, with curved vanes for optimal cooling. Full-floating rotors, available for 330mm and larger sizes, use anti-rattle hardware for reduced warping and drag. The kit comes standard with street brake pads (0-500°C optimal range) and DOT/ADR approved Teflon and stainless steel brake lines manufactured in the UK. Other pad compounds, including sport, race, and pro-race options, are available for different driving conditions. Ceika guarantees direct bolt-on fitment for your vehicle and will provide replacement parts free of charge if any component does not fit. However, Ceika is not responsible for wheel fitment, as clearance issues with wheel spokes can occur with larger brakes. Customers are advised to use the provided brake templates to check clearances before ordering. The kit is compatible with OEM ABS, traction control, and master cylinder systems, retaining original balance and bias. Ceika offers a 2-year warranty on calipers, mounting hardware, and brake lines, with a 10,000km/3-month warranty on rotors.
