The BC Forged HCS04 is a two-piece fastened modular wheel designed for custom applications. It is constructed from one-piece 6061 forged aluminum for both the center and barrel, with stainless assembly hardware. The HCS04 is JWL & VIA double certified and is custom-made per order.

This wheel offers multiple concavity profiles, lip size options, and an extensive range of bolt pattern options. It features vehicle-specific centerbores and includes a billet center cap and an aluminum valve stem. A 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finishing warranty are included.

The BC Forged HCS04 is a forged 2-piece modular wheel engineered for enthusiasts seeking precision and style. This wheel is JWL & VIA double certified, ensuring robust quality. Custom-made to order, the HCS04 offers extensive customization options including multiple concavity profiles, various lip sizes, and a wide array of bolt pattern choices to suit specific vehicle needs. Centerbores are tailored to be vehicle-specific for a precise fit. Included with every set are a billet center cap and an aluminum valve stem. A comprehensive warranty package covers the wheel with a 3-year structural warranty and a 1-year finishing warranty. Buyers can also select from all available wheel finishing options and lip finishes, with some lip finishes incurring an upcharge. Additional options such as center lock compatibility and knurled bead seats are also available.

Unused and uninstalled products may be returned with approved RMA and no restocking fees when received in new condition. If a part goes on backorder while your order is in the queue, we’ll reach out and work through discounted alternatives together.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and international orders carry surcharges — most appear at checkout.
