2-Piece Rear Brake Rotor

The Paragon 2-piece rotors are rear brake assemblies engineered for the Toyota GR Yaris (GXPA16) and GR Corolla (E210). They feature directional ventilation vanes that create suction to guide cool air through the rotor, significantly improving heat dissipation and increasing resistance to cracking under demanding conditions. Constructed from CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron, these rotors offer an optimal bite, excellent thermal characteristics, and high-temperature strength. The friction rings are heat-treated to release stress, preventing deformation and vibration, and are finished with state-of-the-art CBN surface machining for improved break-in with new brake pads. The 2-piece design allows for thermal expansion, minimizing rotor deformation and ensuring self-centering with the pads. Slotted surfaces help maintain a clean contact area, dissipate gases and heat, and provide a superior advantage in wet conditions by preventing water film formation between the pad and rotor. The hats are CNC machined from lightweight 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum and are available with a black hard coat or Mil-spec Type III anodized finish for increased resistance to wear and corrosion. Unnecessary material is removed from the hats for maximum weight savings, reducing unsprung mass and improving overall handling. They replace OEM Toyota part numbers 42431-52190 / 42432-52010. Compatibility includes the 2020+ Toyota GR Yaris GXPA16 (RZ High performance / RZ) and the 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla E210 (Core / Circuit Edition / Morizo Edition). The package includes one pair of Paragon Performance 312mm x 18mm 2-piece rotor assemblies with hats, stainless steel bobbins, and anti-rattle clips, along with a detailed installation manual.
