This kit is designed as a sophisticated bolt-on solution, enhancing your vehicle's braking capabilities. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, utilizing a one-piece forged design for unparalleled strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. Opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad wear and grip, while aluminum pistons with heavy-duty seals are capable of handling racetrack temperatures and dissipate heat effectively. Standard features include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The rotors feature 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum center sections, reducing rotational mass for quicker brake response and improved stopping distances. The two-piece design also mitigates rotor warping due to heat expansion. Cross-drilled rotors are included, recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler. Stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days, with reduced dust and noise. An optional upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for extreme track conditions. Customization options include various caliper colors, and upgrades for the center bell and hardware.
