The DBA DBA5010.1S is a direct replacement rotor ring for DBA and other popular two-piece rotor systems. Engineered with a high-carbon alloyed iron, this rotor increases heat capacity and is TSP heat-treated to provide superior resistance against cracking and warping. The T3 slotted friction surface is designed to reduce pad glazing and enhance bite, ensuring consistent stopping power. Featuring DBA's patented Kangaroo Paw ventilation, this rotor utilizes 144 diamond and teardrop pillars to maximize airflow and heat dispersion, critical for performance driving. The Thermo-Graphic paint monitors rotor temperature, providing a visual cue for optimal heat management. This rotor is recommended for a wide range of driving conditions, including street and track events, towing, and commuter use, offering a 5/5 stopping power rating and a 5-Racing performance over stock rating. Each DBA 5000 Series rotor ring is sold individually and requires two per axle. It is designed as a replacement for the rotor ring only, assuming the use of an existing rotor hat.
