The Allstar Performance ALL11041 is a two-piece step drill bit set designed for efficient hole drilling in various materials. Each bit in this set is crafted from high-speed steel and features a durable titanium nitride coating for extended life and performance. The step drill design allows for drilling multiple hole sizes with a single bit, eliminating the need to switch tools frequently. These bits start precisely on contact, automatically deburring and chamfering the hole as they drill, which prevents the need for a separate center punch or deburring tool. This makes them ideal for working with sheet metal and aluminum without causing deformation or distortion. Specifications include a 1/4-inch hex shank for secure grip in most drills. The set includes eleven steps on one bit, with sizes ranging from 1/4 inch up to 1-3/8 inches, and twelve steps on the other, with sizes from 3/16 inch up to 7/8 inches.
