This sophisticated bolt-on system incorporates advanced brake technology to drastically reduce brake fade and continuously refresh the brake pad surface during braking. The kit features an extremely lightweight, one-piece caliper constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, weighing just over 5 lbs. It includes aluminum pistons for superior heat resistance and uncompromised operation, along with high-temperature seals and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs, while DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines eliminate hose expansion for quicker pedal response and a firmer feel. Ksport utilizes a two-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. A floating disc option is available for many applications to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and brake surface cupping. The unique rotor slot design effectively reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more efficiently than conventional designs. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for cooler operation. Slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles with more track use. Customization options include caliper colors (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium high-polish finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium), with over 20,000 custom color finishes available. The included NAOC Ceramic pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, reducing brake dust by over 50% and minimizing noise and rotor wear.
