The Ultra Racing 2-point Rear Torsion Bar (UR-RT2-658) is engineered to enhance the driving dynamics of your 2005-2009 Hyundai Tucson. By reinforcing the lower suspension components at the rear, this brace directly combats body roll and improves stability during cornering. It functions by distributing the forces experienced during a turn across the chassis, leading to a flatter ride and mitigating undesirable oversteer or understeer characteristics, particularly at higher speeds. Constructed from a single piece of welded steel, this torsion bar avoids the weaknesses associated with bolted joints, ensuring maximum rigidity and durability. The brace features an Ultra Racing standard powdercoated white finish. All necessary hardware is included to facilitate the installation process. While most installations are straightforward and can be completed with basic hand tools in 30-60 minutes, it's important to note that vehicles with high mileage, existing body damage, or significant age may exhibit chassis flex. This flex could potentially cause mounting points to misalign, requiring minor modifications for a perfect fit.
