The Ultra Racing URTH-DB2-3175 is a 2-point rear torsion bar engineered to enhance chassis stiffness and improve your vehicle's overall stability and handling characteristics. During dynamic driving maneuvers such as fast cornering, hard braking, or aggressive acceleration, the vehicle's chassis is subjected to significant forces, leading to flex and potential loss of tire grip. This can manifest as understeer or oversteer, negatively impacting driving dynamics. The brackets are precision-crafted from steel plates with a thickness of 4mm to 5mm, ensuring robust mounting. The hollow steel tubes and oval tubes, measuring 1.2mm to 1.6mm in thickness, are selected to provide rigidity and strength. This specific torsion bar is designed for direct fitment on the Toyota Vios (XP90) 1.5 2WD models from 2007 to 2013. Installation is straightforward and typically requires no modifications.
