2-Point Rear Upper Strutbar

The Ultra Racing 2-Point Rear Upper Strutbar (URUS-RE2-2419) is engineered to reinforce the chassis of performance vehicles, specifically addressing the flex and deformation that occurs during dynamic driving conditions. The automotive chassis is subjected to substantial stress due to weight transfer from rapid cornering, hard braking, and aggressive acceleration. This stress can lead to uneven force distribution across the vehicle body, causing significant flex and twisting. Such chassis deformation compromises tire grip and can result in undesirable handling characteristics, including understeer and oversteer. By bracing the upper rear points, the strutbar helps to maintain the vehicle's structural integrity under load, ensuring that the suspension can perform optimally and the tires maintain consistent contact with the road surface. It is compatible with the Dodge Charger 3.6 V6 (2011 and newer), Charger SRT 8 6.1 (2006-2010), and Challenger 5.7 (2011 and newer) 2WD vehicles. Note that the URUS-RE2-2418 and URUS-RE2-2419 can only be installed one at a time. Installation may require modification, such as cutting the cover or carpet.
