2-Point Rear Upper Strutbar

The Ultra Racing 2-Point Rear Upper Strutbar is engineered to address the structural demands placed on a vehicle's chassis during performance driving. During rapid cornering, hard braking, or acceleration, the vehicle's body experiences significant weight transfer and flex. This can cause as much as three times more force on one side of the vehicle than the other, leading to chassis deformation, twisting, and a loss of tire grip. This strutbar is specifically designed for the Dodge SRT-4 2.4T 2WD models produced between 2003 and 2005. Its primary function is to connect the upper strut towers, creating a more rigid structure and counteracting the negative handling effects like understeer and oversteer that result from chassis flex. By stiffening the chassis, the strutbar helps to distribute forces more evenly, leading to improved stability and responsiveness. Ultra Racing products are constructed with hollow steel tubes and non-adjustable steel brackets (4-5mm thick) to ensure rigidity and a strong platform for the chassis bracing.
