The CSF High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator offers enhanced cooling for Audi B8 S4/S5 and various other 3.0L and 3.2L Audi models. Engineered for both street and track performance, this radiator is constructed with a 2-row, 42mm core that employs CSF's proprietary B-Tube Technology. This design expands the heat transfer surface area by about 15% compared to traditional "O" type tubes, providing "dual liquid laminar flow" for superior thermal efficiency.
Complementing the B-Tubes are ultra-efficient, multi-louvered fins with a 6.5mm height, precisely aligned to maximize airflow and heat dissipation. The radiator features CNC-machined "quick-connect" inlet and outlet connections, along with CNC-machined brackets and fittings, ensuring a durable, precise fit. It also includes an upgraded plate-type transmission oil cooler, with a plug provided for manual transmission applications. The radiator boasts a smooth satin finish and an all-aluminum race-style drain plug.
This radiator is designed as a true "drop-in fit," requiring no modifications for installation and accepting all attaching OEM components, including hoses, the AC condenser, mounting brackets, and fan shroud.
