The CSF Radiators #8154 is a high-performance heat exchanger engineered to combat the heat soak issues common in the 2nd gen B58 Motor, which can lead to power cuts and limp mode. This upgraded unit is particularly beneficial for vehicles with turbo upgrades or performance tuning software. It replaces the stock 1-row, 25mm thick heat exchanger with CSF's industry-exclusive 2-row core, measuring 68mm thick and featuring B-Tube technology for enhanced heat dissipation. The heat exchanger boasts a "Track-Spec" 5mm tall ultra-efficient fin design with a multi-louvered construction for maximum surface area contact. It is constructed from 100% all-aluminum, TIG-welded materials, ensuring durability and efficient heat transfer. The design includes CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style "quick connect" inlet/outlet for a true "drop-in" fit. CSF also uniquely includes billet transmission cooler mounts and a metal rock guard with improved airflow characteristics, making it a complete solution for performance cooling. This high-performance heat exchanger is designed for a wide range of BMW and Toyota models, including the A90/A91 GR Supra, BMW G20 3 Series, G22/G23 4 Series, G42 M2, M340i, M440i, and G29 Z4. It is compatible with various turbocharged 2.0L L4 and 3.0L L6 engines across different model years from 2019 to 2026. The unit comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
