The CSF High-Performance Aluminum Radiator is engineered for optimal cooling in BMW 1M, 135i, 335i, and Z4 models with manual transmissions. Featuring a robust all-aluminum construction, this radiator utilizes CSF's exclusive 2-row, 42mm B-Tube Technology. This innovative design increases heat transfer surface area by approximately 15% compared to standard oval tubes, enabling dual liquid laminar flow for superior cooling efficiency. The core is further enhanced with ultra-efficient, multi-louvered fins precisely aligned to maximize airflow and heat rejection. Designed as a true "drop-in fit," the CSF #7045 radiator installs in the OEM location without requiring any modifications. It accepts all attaching OEM components, including quick-connect hoses, AC condenser, mounting brackets, and fan shroud. The radiator is equipped with CNC-machined inlet/outlet connections for easy integration and CNC-machined brackets and fittings for durability and precise fitment. It also includes an all-aluminum race-style drain plug and a smooth satin finish. The radiator is backed by a 2-year warranty.
