The Focal Utopia 165W-XP is a high-performance 2-way passive component speaker kit designed to elevate your car audio experience. Building on the legacy of the 165W-RC, this kit integrates Focal's exclusive technologies for unparalleled sound reproduction. At its core, the 165W-XP features a 6.5-inch 'W' cone woofer, renowned for its lightness, rigidity, and damping properties, ensuring perfectly defined mids and bass with minimal distortion. The TMD (Tuned Mass Damper) suspension technology stabilizes the cone and eliminates vibrations, enhancing midrange neutrality and sonic clarity. This kit is performance-oriented, incorporating a bi-amplification crossover (12/18 dB) that allows for separate power control of woofers and tweeters, optimizing performance and heat dissipation. The crossover components have been refined for enhanced reliability. Installation is made easier with an integrated mounting bracket for the tweeter, facilitating flush mounting.
