It increases plenum volume by 20% over factory and 12% over previous versions, while also featuring a completely smooth underside for improved flow. This plenum offers improved heat resistance, up to 500 degrees F, and operates 50 degrees cooler than aluminum options.

This plenum boasts a 270% increase in strength compared to previous versions and offers exceptional heat resistance, rated up to 500 degrees F, which is 170% better than before. It also operates at lower temperatures, staying 50 degrees cooler than any aluminum plenum option. The V+ Plenum enhances performance by increasing the total plenum volume by 20% over the factory unit and 12% over Kinetix's previous model. This design equalizes flow to all cylinders, particularly benefiting the front cylinders which are often restricted in factory setups. The smooth interior surface, constructed from a versatile plastic, further improves flow properties and reduces restrictions. This results in a lighter overall component, approximately 3 lbs lighter than stock. It includes all necessary hardware and gaskets for installation, such as a permanently adhered flange gasket and a new throttle body gasket. The factory strut bar can also be retained. However, the engine cover may not fit on G35 or FX35 models. Performance gains have been noted, with a peak of 14 rwhp reported on its own, and up to 20 rwhp when combined with high-flow catalytic converters. The plenum is also designed to handle boosted applications, with a lifetime warranty for cars running up to 10 psi. It is important to note that this product is not CARB approved and is intended for off-road use only in California due to state emissions regulations.
