This South Bend Clutch Stage 2 Drag Clutch is a high-performance, drag racing specific clutch kit designed for aggressive torque transfer. It features a puck-style disc that has had the cushion between the linings removed for quick and short clutch pedal travel. The friction material is made of high-quality Graphite Impregnated Ceramic, offering excellent durability and high torque capacity suitable for racing applications. The kit includes a heavy-duty pressure plate engineered for increased clamp loads and extended service life. This clutch is constructed from high-grade materials to withstand the extreme demands of drag racing and is not recommended for street use. A flywheel is not included; if reusing an existing flywheel, it must be resurfaced. For drag racing, a Single Mass SFI Approved Flywheel is required.
