Each shaft undergoes meticulous heat treatment after machining and a deep cryogenic freeze to maximize strength and longevity. The unique design features a shaft diameter intentionally smaller than the major diameter of the splines, which optimizes shaft torsion for increased durability and protects the splines from excessive load. These axle shafts are designed to integrate seamlessly with Spidertrax Spider 9 axles.
