The VRSF N55 Downpipe Upgrade is a high-flow catted downpipe designed to reduce exhaust back pressure. By replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter, this upgrade allows for faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note.

Crafted from mandrel-bent SS304 grade stainless steel with CNC-machined flanges, the downpipe features smooth radius bends to minimize turbulence and enhance flow. It includes a 200-cell high-flow catalytic converter and is backed by a VRSF Lifetime Warranty.

The VRSF 10302011 is a performance high-flow catted downpipe upgrade for N55 engines, designed to significantly reduce back-pressure by replacing the factory catalytic converter. Crafted from hand-welded SS304 grade stainless steel with smooth, mandrel-bent transitions, this downpipe promotes increased exhaust flow, resulting in faster turbo spool, noticeable power gains, and a more aggressive exhaust note. The unit features a 200-cell high-flow race cat and CNC-machined SS304 stainless steel flanges for a secure fit. This downpipe is engineered to provide performance enhancements, with manufacturer claims of 20-25hp gains when paired with a tune. VRSF backs this product with a Lifetime Warranty. It is recommended that a DME tune accompany the installation to prevent potential check engine lights. This part fits various BMW models including the F22 M235i/M235i xDrive, F30 335i/335i xDrive, F32 435i/435i xDrive, F33 435i/435i xDrive, and F87 M2, all equipped with the N55 3.0L engine. Production dates after 08/13 may have specific fitment considerations, and users are advised to use the vehicle selector to confirm compatibility.
