Zone Offroad 1999-2004 Ford Super Duty 4wd 6" Suspension System. Features massive 9-leaf full height front leaf springs for a great ride and heavy-duty performance. The multi-leaf design keeps spring arch low, improving ride quality, and progressively engages all leafs under load to prevent sagging. Includes a dropped pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket for steering. Bump stop relocation brackets prevent over-compression. Nitro shocks ensure a smooth and controlled ride. For 2000-2004 models, the factory sway bar is retained by flipping factory mounts. 1999 models require new sway bar links (higher kit price). Rear lift uses full-height 5" blocks and add-a-leafs for a level stance. Vehicles manufactured with either square front U-bolts (typically 1999-2000) or radiused front U-bolts (typically 2001-2004). Radiused U-bolts have a gentle radius matching the cast factory upper U-bolt plate. Vehicles manufactured prior to 2-28-99 require a different box kit due to a factory track bar change.
