Industrial Injection LB7 Duramax Ported & Polished Cylinder Heads for racer/sled puller. Fully CNC ported, screw-in torque lock injector cups, ready to bolt on. Process includes jet washing, glass beading, magna fluxing/pressure testing, visual inspection. Valve guides and seats removed for porting. Port development using Superflow 600 flow bench. 5 Axis CNC Cylinder Head Porting Machine ensures accuracy. New High Strength Alloy, Heat Treated iron-based valve guides (Rockwell 22 Scale) installed, honed with diamond mandrel. New Premium valve seat inserts (Nickel Based Non-Magnetic) for extreme conditions. Multi-angle valve job using Serdi 100 machine for perfect valve-to-seat match. Surface finished with Berco milling machine for various head gasket types. Assembled with new valve seals and valve springs.
