The FASS FASC09250G Adjustable Fuel System Series is engineered to be a versatile high-performance fuel system for GM Duramax 6.6L applications. Utilizing the same motor found in FASS Titanium Signature Series Systems, this adjustable fuel system is rated at 250 gallons of diesel fuel per hour (GPH) and offers adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI, allowing for customized fuel delivery for race or competition diesel engines. Key features include a boost compensation port that raises fuel pressure under full throttle, a built-in fuel pressure gauge port, and FASS Whisper Technology (FWT) for reduced noise levels while increasing fuel flow. The system also includes a bulkhead fitting and suction tube machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum, allowing for direct plumbing of the FASS return line and eliminating the need to cut the filler neck. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be cut to adapt to various fuel tank depths, safely allowing operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel.
