2003-07 Ford F250 Diesel COOLANT FILTER KIT For 6.0

The Sinister Diesel SD-COOLFIL-6.0-W is a coolant filter bypass system designed for Ford F-250, F-350, and Excursion 6.0L diesel engines. It removes contaminants like casting sand and metal shavings from the coolant. This helps extend the life of your water pump, EGR cooler, and engine oil cooler.

The system features a CNC-machined billet aluminum filter head and silicone hoses. The filter head mounts to factory holes in the chassis, requiring no drilling. The kit includes the coolant filter, filter block, mounting bracket, and all necessary hardware for installation. Replacement filters are recommended at 500 miles for the first change, then at 3,000 miles for the next two, and annually thereafter.
