The Wehrli WCF100528-BC is a high-flow 3.5” intake horn and driver side intercooler pipe kit designed for 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins engines. It replaces restrictive OEM components, improving airflow by up to 60%. The kit includes a 14-gauge aluminum intercooler pipe, a mandrel-bent 3.5” intake horn with integrated ports, 5-ply silicone boots, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps. It weighs 10 lbs and measures 12” x 10” x 32”.
