2003-2007 5.9L CUMMINS HIGH FLOW INTAKE BUNDLE KIT Bronze Chrome

This WCFab Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Package is designed to upgrade the air intake plumbing of 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins equipped Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 trucks. Manufactured in the USA from precision mandrel bent 14 gauge piping and CNC machined billet components, the kit aims to improve air flow and efficiency. It addresses common weak points when enhancing engine performance beyond stock levels by eliminating boost leaks often caused by aging OEM components. The cold side upgrade, a key part of this kit, has been proven to improve air flow by 60% over stock, leading to improved turbo spool up, increased throttle response, and decreased exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs). The bundle is compatible with both stock and performance upgrade drop-in style Holset turbochargers and OEM style intercoolers. It includes a 4-inch Air Intake Kit (WCF100346), a 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe (WCF100544), and a 3.5-inch cold side intercooler pipe with a 3.5-inch upper intake manifold/horn (WCF100528), offering a cost saving of $50 compared to purchasing the components individually. For 2003-2004 models, the 3.5" intake horn requires trimming the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly for proper fitment.
