Includes: vehicle-specific base plate (C-HDM-186), heavy-duty pole without height adjust handle (C-HDM-209), tilt-swivel motion device (C-MD-202) enabling 180° horizontal rotation, and a top offset plate (C-HDM-304). Packages are complete and non-substitutable.
