2004.5-2007 5.9 Cummins S300 Turbo High Mount 2nd Gen Swap Kit Chevy Orange

This Wehrli Custom Fabrication kit enables installation of an S300 turbo on 2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins engines, requiring a separate 2nd Gen Style Exhaust Manifold. It includes all turbo installation components. The upward manifold mount allows for direct downpipe installation to the exhaust system's v-band flange, avoiding cutting. Designed for 2nd Gen Style Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed exhaust manifolds. The hot side intercooler pipe uses a v-band connection at the turbo; welding of the v-band flange to the SXE turbo cover is included. If the turbo is not purchased with the kit, it must be sent in for welding. The downpipe has an HX40 style flange for optimal seal and installation. If the turbo is not purchased with the kit, its exhaust housing must be machined to the HX40 style outlet flange. Also compatible with 2003-2004 trucks updated with a 2004.5-2011 style downpipe/front pipe. Not compatible with Banks Power Intercoolers.
