This kit facilitates the installation of an S300-based turbocharger on 2004.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins engines, utilizing a 2nd Gen style exhaust manifold (sold separately). The kit includes essential components such as a 4" shorty downpipe (mates to exhaust system V-band), a 4" intake with a dry air filter and Outerwear's Pre-Filter Cover, oil feed line fitting, oil drain line assembly, 1/2" T4 spacer plate, 3" hot side intercooler pipe (v-band style connection), silicone boots, T-bolt clamps, and coolant hoses and fittings. Powder coating in various colors is available. All Wehrli Custom Fabrication turbo kits are hand-built and test-fitted on an engine to ensure proper fitment.
