2004.5-2007 5.9 Cummins S400 Turbo High Mount 2nd Gen Swap Kit Semi-Gloss Black

This kit allows installation of an S400 based Turbo on 2004.5-2007 5.9L Cummins engines using a 2nd Gen Style Exhaust Manifold. The kit includes all necessary components for turbo installation, with an upward-mounted manifold for simple downpipe installation without cutting the exhaust system. The downpipe connects to the v-band flange on the exhaust pipe, mirroring the factory turbo/cast elbow connection. It is designed for standard S400 T4 4.6" diameter flange connections and is compatible with 2nd Gen Style Stainless Diesel or Steed Speed exhaust manifolds. It is not compatible with race cover style turbos or Banks Power Intercoolers. It can also be used with 2003-2004 model year trucks that have updated their down pipe/front pipe to the 2004.5-2011 style part.
