The FASF16250G is part of the FASS Diesel Fuel Systems - Adjustable Fuel System Series, rated at 250 GPH (Gallons Per Hour). It offers adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI, designed to meet the demands of high-performance Ford Powerstroke 6.4L applications. Manufactured with the same motor used in FASS Titanium Signature Series Systems, it is built for race or competition diesel engines. Key features include adjustable fuel pressure, boost compensation port, FASS Whisper Technology (FWT), improved fuel flow, built-in fuel pressure gauge port, and all mounting hardware. This system includes a Bulkhead and Suction Tube machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return, featuring a ⅜" Suction Tube and a ½" Fuel Return Port. The pickup tube is fabricated of PTFE Teflon and can be cut to adapt to different fuel tank depths. When properly installed, it allows operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel. Important Notes: This is a fuel system only and must be used with your factory fuel filter. It is suggested that all Systems be adjusted only if a fuel pressure gauge has been installed.
