Overview

The FASS Fuel Systems Signature Series Adjustable Diesel Fuel Systems are designed to be a versatile high-performance fuel system, allowing for adjustable fuel pressures to meet the demands of high-performance applications. It is manufactured with the same motor used in FASS Titanium Signature Series Systems. This adjustable fuel system is rated at 290 gallons of diesel fuel per hour and offers adjustable fuel pressure from 1-75 PSI to customize fuel delivery for race or competition diesel engines. To aid in proper performance, it has a built-in boost compensation port, which uses air pressure from your intake manifold to raise fuel pressures under full throttle, maintaining fuel pressure when it matters most. This kit includes a Bulkhead fitting and Suction Tube, machined from 6061 T-6 Billet Aluminum. The Bulkhead fitting functions as both a suction tube and return, featuring a 5/8 inch Suction Tube along with a 1/2 inch Fuel Return Port. This eliminates cutting of the filler neck and speeds up installation. The pickup tube is made of PTFE Teflon and can be cut to adapt to different fuel tank depths, allowing safe operation down to about 1/8 tank of fuel when properly installed.
