2017-19 F250/350 4IN SUSPENSION SYS

This Zone Offroad ZONF86 4-inch suspension lift kit is engineered specifically for 2017-2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD Diesel trucks. The system includes full-length replacement coil springs designed to optimize on-road and off-road performance for the heavy diesel Super Duty. To maintain proper suspension geometry, radius arm drop brackets are used to correct caster positioning. Steering correction is achieved with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty 1/4" fabricated steel track bar drop bracket to recenter the front end and synchronize steering linkage angles. Additional front components include sway bar relocation brackets, brake line drop brackets, bump stop extensions, and new steering stabilizer mounts for a Zone nitro single stabilizer cylinder. For the rear, a replacement block lifts and levels the truck, eliminating the need for stacked blocks while maintaining factory leaf springs and towing capacity. A 5" fabricated block with an integrated bump stop wing is secured with extended black e-coated u-bolts. Due to variations in factory 2-leaf or 3-leaf main springs with overloads, Zone offers multiple rear box kits with u-bolts to accommodate specific setups. This kit is designed to increase vehicle height and allow for larger tire fitment, with trimming potentially required for 37x12.5" tires.
