Overview

The TITAN FUEL 7020217 is a 55-gallon mid-ship fuel tank designed for 2017-2026 Ford F250 and F350 trucks with Power Stroke diesel engines, Crew Cabs, and short beds. Constructed from military-grade, cross-linked high-density polyethylene (XLHDPE), it offers superior durability and impact resistance compared to OEM tanks. This tank replaces the stock unit, increasing fuel capacity by up to 30 gallons for extended operating range. It utilizes the factory sending unit and maintains accurate fuel gauge readings. The design features a low fuel trap for 100% usable capacity and minimal hang-down below the stock tank.

Installation is straightforward as it's a direct, bolt-in replacement requiring no modifications. The tank includes a black-coated, galvanized steel mounting strap and front support system. TITAN offers a lifetime warranty on the tank's polymer body, fittings, and strapping.
