These FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series 883-06-162 Coil-Overs are a bolt-on solution designed to enhance vehicle performance by improving ride height and suspension articulation. They lift the front end 3.5 inches on standard Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 models (requiring aftermarket upper control arms), or 1.5 inches on Trail Boss and AT4 models. The 2.5-inch 6061-T6 aluminum bodies with Type III anodization prevent corrosion, wear, and dissipate heat three times faster than steel. External reservoirs increase oil capacity and reduce nitrogen ramp-up harshness for cooler shock temperatures, more travel, and consistent damping. Each reservoir features a Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression settings for precise tuning. They include a race-developed high-flow piston, clear anodized finish, application-specific coil springs and valving, and quiet nitrile rubber bushings. Sold as a front pair.
