2021 BRONCO PERFORMANCE PAK LEVEL 1

The ROUSH Level 1 Performance Pac (Part #422235) is a comprehensive air intake system designed for the 2021 and newer Ford Bronco with the 2.7L EcoBoost engine. This kit delivers significant performance enhancements, including an increase of 40 horsepower and 70 lb-ft of torque at 3,250 RPM over the stock 2.7L EcoBoost engine. It achieves these gains through high-performance throttle and boost mapping, disabling auto start/stop through calibration, and improving airflow with reduced intake restriction. The system features a high-flow, washable, and reusable performance air filter that requires no oiling. It is CAD-designed using OEM data to ensure perfect fitment and includes an engineered transparent lid to maintain factory water fording capability. Premium 91 (R+M/2) fuel is required. The kit comes with a 3-year/36,000-mile ROUSH limited powertrain warranty. Installation involves a simple software re-flash using a standard J2534 interface (not included) and the ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) utility.
