The Roadmaster Inc. 523208-4 is a custom-fit, crossbar-style baseplate designed for dinghy towing systems. These baseplates are engineered to integrate seamlessly into the frame and undercarriage of the vehicle, utilizing existing holes and fasteners for a straightforward installation. Each design undergoes rigorous computer-simulated “Finite Element Analysis” (FEA) to ensure optimal structural integrity and maximum strength. The baseplate is custom-made to precisely fit specific vehicle year, make, and model, ensuring a secure connection. For enhanced durability and longevity, it features a powder-coated finish. All late-model baseplates are designed with front arms that can be easily removed when the vehicle is not being towed, providing a clean look. This baseplate is proudly designed and crafted in the USA from raw steel at Roadmaster's manufacturing facility in Vancouver, Washington.
