Engineered for superior strength and longevity, it features larger CV joints and shafts constructed from 4340 Chromoly steel with a proprietary dual heat treatment process. The axle utilizes a unique double plunge design for increased articulation angles, offering up to 40° on the inboard joint and 45°-47° on the outboard joint, with 1.5 inches of travel on the inboard and 0.5 inches on the outboard.

It is equipped with extra-tough TPEE boots that are stronger, stiffer, more fatigue-resistant, puncture-resistant, and more temperature-resistant than standard OEM boots. The axle uses molybdenum grease for low friction and smooth motion, ensuring reliable performance.
