Description

The PRL High Volume Intake System for the FL5 Civic Type-R and DE5 Acura Integra platform is designed to maximize power and provide factory-like fuel trim for optimal drivability. It features a 6" cone filter and an HDPE rotomolded air box that utilizes the factory air duct and seal for optimal airflow and heat-soak reduction, and a secondary duct to address air starvation issues identified during testing. This system offers a 133% increase in airflow over the OE unit. No ECU calibration is required. It is 50 State Legal CARB Approved: EO D-878-8.
