The Warren Diesel 205cc Fuel Injector Set offers a significant upgrade for your 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L engine. Each injector undergoes a thorough remanufacturing process, including inspection of all components, replacement of defective parts, and installation of new solenoids and O-rings. These injectors are meticulously flow tested multiple times in-house to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Capable of supporting up to 600 rear-wheel horsepower, these 205cc injectors are the largest size compatible with the stock HPOP (High-Pressure Oil Pump). To harness their full potential and ensure smooth operation, custom tuning is required. Additionally, the installation necessitates an aftermarket lift pump, a regulated return fuel system, and at least a Stage 2 turbocharger. The standard warranty for these injectors is 6 months. However, by upgrading the spool valve or solenoid, you can extend this warranty to one year. Cores must be returned within 60 days of injector delivery to avoid a late fee of 10% per month deducted from the core value. Installation hardware, including O-rings and copper crush washers, is included.
