Overview

These heads feature a thick deck suitable for nitrous or superchargers, with 205cc intake runners and 64cc chambers. They come with 2.02 and 1.60 stainless steel valves, bronze valve guides, and hardened seats for unleaded gas. The heads are fully assembled at the factory and will work with hydraulic flat-tappet and small hydraulic roller cams.

The Pro Comp SBC 205/64cc Complete Aluminum Cylinder Heads are a high-performance upgrade for Small Block Chevy engines. These fully assembled heads are constructed from aluminum with a thick deck, making them robust enough for use with nitrous or superchargers. They feature 205cc intake runners and 64cc dual-quench combustion chambers designed for improved flow and efficiency. The heads are equipped with 2.02-inch intake and 1.60-inch exhaust stainless steel valves, bronze valve guides, and hardened seats to accommodate unleaded gasoline. They are compatible with both straight and angle plug configurations, and will accept dual-pattern valve covers (both center bolt and perimeter bolt styles). They include 5/16-inch guide plates and are available with either 3/8-inch or 7/16-inch rocker studs, as well as .640-inch flat tappet or .550-inch hydraulic roller springs. Customers must specify their desired spring and rocker stud size upon ordering. Note that installation may require specific intake gaskets, such as Fel Pro #1255 for Vortech manifolds or #1266 for conventional intakes.
