207mm Billet Aluminum Crank Pulley

The Integrated Engineering 207mm Crank Pulley & Damper Upgrade is a one-piece, billet aluminum component designed for Audi's supercharged 3.0 TFSI platform. This upgrade replaces both the factory crank pulley and engine damper, offering enhanced reliability and protection against potential stock damper failures. It achieves a dual pulley ratio similar to traditional setups but with a single, larger 207mm crank pulley, eliminating the need for a separate smaller supercharger pulley and a more complex installation. Engineered for performance, this pulley increases supercharger RPM by 27.6% over stock, leading to higher boost levels. When paired with a matching Stage 2 dual pulley ECU tune, it can deliver up to 548HP. The lightweight aluminum construction (49% lighter than stock) also reduces rotating mass for faster engine revs and less parasitic loss. It is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a black anodized finish for corrosion resistance, with laser-etched logos and alignment marks for precise installation. Installation is described as straightforward, typically taking 2-3 hours, and is often easier than pressing on a supercharger pulley. However, it does require using a grinder to remove a small metal post from the engine block for clearance. A replacement belt, part number 7PK1360, is recommended. This pulley is specifically designed for the Audi S4 (B8/B8.5, 2009-2016), S5 (B8/B8.5, 2013-2015), S5 convertible (B8/B8.5, 2008-2015), SQ5 (B8/B8.5/8R, 2012-2017), Q5 (B8/B8.5/8R, 2008-2017), A6 (C7/C7.5, 2012-2016), and A7 (C7/C7.5, 2011-2016) models equipped with the 3.0T TFSI Supercharged engine. It's important to note that the 2016-2018 A6 and A7 models with CREC 3.0T engines are not compatible with this 207mm pulley due to software limitations and potential supercharger clutch failure. These CREC engines, identifiable by a 4-bolt supercharger pulley instead of a press-fit style, may still benefit from IE's single pulley CREC tunes to achieve typical dual pulley ratio numbers.
