207mm Crank Pulley Dual Pulley Power Kit

The Integrated Engineering 3.0T Dual Pulley Power Kit is engineered to significantly increase the performance of your Audi's 3.0T supercharged engine. This kit includes an IE 207mm crank pulley, which achieves a 3.2753 supercharger ratio, mimicking the effect of a traditional dual pulley setup but simplifying installation by allowing the use of a dual pulley ECU tune without needing to change the supercharger pulley. This means a faster and easier upgrade process for enhanced power. This power kit is designed to deliver substantial performance gains, with the potential to reach up to 548bhp and 525 ft-lbs of torque when additional hardware is installed. It comes with the IE POWERlink OBD tool and an ECU tune, transforming your Audi 3.0T into a high-performance machine. The tune offers features such as octane switching, optional exhaust crackle, two-step launch control, manual fan control, and optimized air-to-fuel ratios for catalytic converter safety. To safely utilize the increased power and boost from this dual pulley setup, several additional hardware components are required. A heat exchanger upgrade is mandatory for Stage 2 Dual Pulley operation, and a clutch upgrade is necessary to handle the increased power output. Other recommended hardware includes an IE Cold Air Intake for improved power and sound, an IE High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) for E40 ethanol use, an IE throttle body upgrade (specifically for S4/S5 models), and IE Downpipes for enhanced exhaust sound. This power kit is compatible with a range of Audi models, including the S4 (B8/B8.5) from 2009-2016, S5 (B8/B8.5) from 2013-2015, S5 Convertible (B8/B8.5) from 2008-2015, SQ5 (B8/B8.5) from 2012-2017, Q5 (B8/B8.5) from 2008-2017, A6 (C7) from 2012-2016, and A7 (C7) from 2011-2016, all with the 3.0T engine and manual transmission. However, it is important to note that 2016-2018 A6 & A7 3.0T engines and some late model ROW (non-US) S4/S5 models equipped with the CREC engine and ECU are NOT compatible with this IE software and pulley kits. These CREC engines can be identified by a supercharger pulley with 4 bolts instead of a press-fit style. For those specific models, IE offers dedicated 3.0T CREC tunes.
