The Full Throttle FT230 is a high-performance 12V AGM battery engineered for demanding applications, including powersports, motorcycles, and UTVs. Built with high-compression, pure-lead cells and a rugged ABS plastic case, it provides exceptional resilience against shock and vibration, ensuring reliable power delivery even in extreme conditions. This sealed, maintenance-free battery boasts a nominal voltage of 12V and a capacity of 20 Ah, with a Cold Cranking Amp (CCA) rating of 230 Amps. Its construction utilizes thin-plate technology and environmentally conscious, jar-formed, high-density plates that undergo a 10-day curing process for superior paste bonding to the lead, calcium, and tin grids. This results in fully formed, voltage-matched plates for extended lifespan and true deep cycle functionality. The FT230 features a compression-molded, highly micro-porous glass mat separator, which maximizes capacity by ensuring superior contact between the electrolyte and plates. Its fire-retardant ABS case, cover resins, and epoxy seals create a safe, non-hazardous, and durable battery that can be mounted in any orientation except inverted. The battery meets DOT, IATA, ICAO, and IMDG approval for transportation.
