The Tera CRD60 HD Rear Axle Assembly w/ Semi-Float includes Spicer Super 60 bearings, semi-float rear axle shafts, and sensors. It's designed to replace bent, broken, or damaged axles in JT Gladiator vehicles or as a direct bolt-on upgrade to beef up weak stock axles. The exclusive Constant Radius Design (CRD) provides high ground clearance that is unaffected by pinion angle adjustments. Compatible with all Super 60 gear ratios, it features 3.25" O.D. x 0.375" wall DOM axle tubes, 40-spline semi-float axle shafts, a fixed spindle mount hub assembly, and a Tera CRD60 specific high-pinion rear axle housing. It includes Spicer 1350 series pinion yoke, HD bearing caps, pre-installed inner axle seals, ductile cast iron housing with increased rib gussets, an HD ductile iron differential cover, integrated lower control arm skid plates, high-flow oil passages, and a reinforced rear track bar mount with multiple mounting locations. The axle also has a UV protected triple-stage powder coat for corrosion resistance, 1/4"-thick CNC laser cut axle brackets, pre-installed upper control arm bushings, proper pinion angle and raised track bar bracket for lifted JL applications, and a pre-tapped hole on the spring perch for bump stop extensions. It retains all JL ESP, ABS, and speedometer sensor capability. 100% engineered, designed, and built in the USA with new components.
