The K-Tech 20IDS (20mm Independent Damping System) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system designed for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX400RR. The 20IDS cartridges are manufactured in-house to K-Tech's high standards, utilizing premium materials and advanced processes. These cartridges feature independent adjustment for both compression and rebound damping, alongside spring preload. Specific adjustments include 30 clicks for independent compression, 30 clicks for independent rebound, and 18mm for preload. The components are constructed with a hard chrome piston rod, aircraft-grade aluminum, and hard anodized, super-finished parts for durability and performance. A range of spring rates is available to suit different rider preferences, though springs must be ordered separately (compatible with 305-370 Series Springs). Installation of the 20IDS cartridges is restricted to K-Tech authorized dealers due to the requirement for specialized tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance and safety. K-Tech recommends professional installation by trained technicians.
